Goals

Every business has to have goals. If you don't have something to work towards, coming to work seems monotonous and your business becomes stagnant. The last thing we want at Bridgeview is a dull workplace where no one seems to be working towards a common goal.

Earlier this year, we came together as a team and decided on our main goal for 2025. We want to get ISO 9001 certified! This is going to be a year-long process that is going to require the participation of the entire team as well as outside help. Being certified simply means that we say what we do and do what we say. We have already begun documenting our processes and our team just completed an 8-week training on implementing ISO 9001.
