After all, you've spent months—or maybe even years—bringing your idea to life. Now someone you've just met is asking for drawings, bills of materials, revision numbers, testing requirements, and documentation you didn't even know existed. It can feel overwhelming. If you've ever wondered, "Why do they need all of this?", you're not alone. The good news is that none of these requests are meant to make your life harder.
