Now Hiring: Lead Assembler (2+ Years’ Experience Required)
We're searching for a skilled Lead Assembler who enjoys building high-quality products, solving problems, and helping teammates succeed. If you have at least 2 years of assembly experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a knack for leading by example, we'd love to have you join our fellowship.

Your Mission
- Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings.
- Lead by example demonstrating quality workmanship, efficiency, and safe practices.
- Assist Operations Manager with coordinating daily workflow and keeping production on track.
- Train and lead new team members while fostering a positive team environment.
- Communicate production issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
- Previous experience as a lead assembler, team lead, or informal leadership role (1+ year).
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality.
- Believe "This is the Way" when it comes to quality and safety.
- Know that one does not simply skip inspections.
- Can keep the team focused even when production feels like the Battle of Helm's Deep.
- Understand that every successful crew needs more Samwise Gamgees than Sith Lords.
