Bridgeview Manufacturing provides the following services:

Assembly
Cable Assembly and Wire Harnesses     
              - Wire harnesses (1-100 connectors, pigtails, internal equipment)

              - Cable assemblies (multiple connector, modifications to COTS cables)
Panel Assemblies and Box Builds    
              - 
Fully assembled and tested box builds including power supplies, modular power supplies, turnkey supply chain resources including machining, sheet                                    metal work, screen printing and PCB assembly
              - Panels for power distribution and control systems including mechanical assembly, wiring and testing, with turnkey options available through our supply
                           chain
             
               - ESD provisioned assembly and inspection stations, torque controlled drivers and a large selection of hardware and tooling options to support most
                           mechanical assembly project
We can accommodate smaller quantities, too!

Crimping
We stock a wide variety of terminals and tools, including: Minifit, Microfit, JST, insulated, Pico blade
We utilize microscopes to ensure the quality of our crimps 
Our automated and manual equipment allows us to crimp 4 AWG to 32 AWG wires
 
Cutting and stripping wire
We stock 1007/1569, 1061, M16878/4, M16878/6, Alpha cables, Belden cables
We can cut and strip 8 AWG to 30 AWG by machine and 0 AWG to 30 AWG by hand
